TSC Matters
A season of gratitude
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year TSC faculty and staff. Gratitude offers us a chance to pause and reflect on things we're thankful for such as family, friends, colleagues, food, safety and our homes. Living with an attitude of gratitude actually improves our brain structure and we become happier and healthier.

I would like to extend my gratitude to all of our employees for their tireless efforts in helping educate the students of TSC. I hope this holiday season is filled with gratitude, appreciation and some good laughter.

With gratitude,

Scott Hanback
Superintendent

TECHNOLOGY MATTERS
Results from December KnowBe4 Phishing Campaign
Earlier this month, the Technology Department initiated one of its quarterly phishing campaigns wherein simulated phishing emails are sent to all staff. Over the course of the campaign, 137 staff members clicked one of the links in the message they received.

Before clicking links within email messages, please consider the following:

  • Have you signed up for email marketing/correspondence from this company using your TSC email address (i.e. Starbucks, Amazon)?
  • Hover your mouse cursor over the link and look at the URL its pointing to at the bottom of your screen. If the link doesn't have the domain of the company/sender, it's likely fraudulent.
  • If something appears too good to be true, it probably is!

Have a safe holiday season!

INSPIRATION MATTERS
with Kathy Nimmer

Have you seen this ad ? It showcases times remembered, times unfolding,
and times to come. The impact of this commercial is not the product it endorses but instead the simplicity of relationship. What matters here is the connection, through time and space, between those who matter to each other. May your season be filled with the noticing of connections. Let that practice be restoring and centering, now and always.
