November - Mindfulness: holiday strategies
It’s hard to believe but the holiday season is already upon us. Click  here  to learn some holiday strategies for healthy living.

Mindfulness Matters
Gratitude boosts health and spreads happiness. Gratitude practices build new neuropathways in your brain and contribute to a more positive overall disposition. Small expressions of gratitude like saying “thank you,” or letting someone out ahead of you in traffic contribute to a regulated brain state. “Pay attention to that which you feel grateful for."

For a few more tips on building capacity for gratitude in your life, check out this brief article from Mindful.org.
