INSPIRATION MATTERS
with Kathy Nimmer
Want to know one thing that can make a difference in stressful times? Looking for the good and deliberately celebrating it, in our own experience and in that of others. Klondike Middle School teacher Courtney Doll gifted me with such a celebration when she sent me an email after I successfully deployed my first Google Calendar invitation! Courtney wrote, "I have been celebrating every good thing I have been able to do, so I wanted you to know that you did a great job with Google Calendar. Way to go!" I literally gasped with joy when these simple words filled my screen. We do need to celebrate, and whether that celebration is for our own achievements or because we noticed someone else's, it is so worth it.
