INSPIRATION MATTERS
With Kathy Nimmer
I had the chance this summer to spend time in rural Kentucky where wildlife is far more prominent than humanity. As I sat still to take in this world apart, I began listening to the trees. The constant rustle of their leaves, high above and changing in pitch depending on the strength of the breeze, brought me to a moment of awe. For decades and decades, those trees withstood cold, heat, wind, and disease to now offer me shade and the harmonic reminder of what resilience sounds like. As you step into this day, seek what your heart needs...I bet you will discover it, just as I myself found fortitude by hearing the branches high above.
