TSC Matters
Holiday message
I am so overwhelmed by the generosity and love that our students and staff demonstrate to one another and our community. During this holiday season, our schools donated thousands of pounds of food, boxes of toys and other items to nonprofit organizations and families in need. Thank you for sharing the joy of giving to our students and how we can be a part of something bigger.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I hope this upcoming holiday season is filled with love and happiness.

With gratitude,

Scott Hanback

Don’t just take our word for it…hear from actual participants:

"The benefits I gained from receiving health coaching were numerous. Having someone in my corner to give encouragement, advice, and a nudge in the right direction helped me be successful. My success came not from what she did, but what she helped me do." ~Kristy C

In other words, if you are anxious, stressed, and distressed, you are not in a brain state to help others.

Secure your own oxygen mask first before assisting children . Check out this article on practicing self-care. The strategies are useful for parents, teachers, and all personnel interacting with students and adults.
