INtegrate
March - stress management
The question isn't whether you will ever feel stressed, it's what do you do when it happens. What do you do when you feel stressed out?

How do you INtegrate?
Lynn Cisco and Beth Rivas
Almost 80-percent of Wea Ridge Middle School staff participated in the February walking challenge. Employees had their names entered in for a drawing each time they completed at least one lap around the walking track. The winners were Lynn Cisco and Beth Rivas.

Be sure to use  #TSCINtegrate  to encourage others when you tweet/post pictures of how you are integrating movement into your daily routine.

INSPIRATION MATTERS
With Kathy Nimmer

We do good things for those around us because we choose to do so and because it is the right thing to do. When goodness occasionally breaks th rough negative headlines, it becomes a message of hope. Wherever you are right now, physically or emotionally, find hope in this story of a community choosing to do the right thing and inspiring us all.
