Dear Neighbor,

Having heard from a number of constituents who work (or used to work) in either New York or Massachusetts and were experiencing challenges applying for unemployment or other work-related resources, I reached out to New York Assemblywoman Didi Barrett, who represents NY’s 106th District, including Millerton, Amenia, Hudson, and Poughkeepsie. You will also want to meet Molly Tanner, Director of Nursing and Infection Control ; her dedication and expertise have helped steer Noble through this crisis and we are grateful every day for her strong and compassionate leadership.

Thank you Lime Rock Park for all your help with the amazing HEARTS ON TOUR Car Parade!

There is, as yet, no cure for covid-19, but there is a cure for the spiritual malaise that months of quarantine, financial worry and fear of infection have engendered. And, best of all, it is located no farther away than our own yards.
“Gardening is a much deeper experience than we ever thought before,” says garden expert Tovah Martin of Roxbury. “Covid-19 has made us really appreciate our spaces. We have suddenly been forced to focus on our little domains, to notice the minutiae, to think about what we want them to be.”

Sharon Hospital earned an “A” from The Leapfrog Group for quality patient care and overall safety for the third time in a row.“Now more than ever, our team’s shared vision of redefining the safe and effective delivery of care is crucial to fostering a safe environment here and across the region,” Sharon Hospital President Dr. Mark Hirko said. “The pledge of our clinical and support services staff to keep you and patients safe and well-cared for is unwavering.”
The Leapfrog Group is an independent national watchdog organization that informs the public which hospitals have the best patient safety records.

We will always find ways to express ourselves, no matter how onerous the restraints. We can't get together to celebrate a birthday or play a game, we can't gather to mourn a loss, we can't stand within two arm lengths of each other. Fine.
But dammit we can get in our cars and drive!
Dear Friends,
I hope you all had an opportunity to get outside and enjoy the glorious weekend weather we just experienced. What a welcome relief.

Because it's never too early to introduce kids to great cinema, this week we bring you New York Children's International Film Festival's short film compilations for Ages 3+ and 8+. Adults will find them entertaining too!

We also have SPACESHIP EARTH - the stranger-than-fiction adventure of eight visionaries who in 1991 spent two years quarantined inside of a self-engineered replica of Earth’s ecosystem called BIOSPHERE 2.
