We wrapped customer service and functional teams into units dedicated to the areas they support: HR and Payroll Benefits Operations, and Financial Operations. As a result, we have updated our call options to link you directly to the specific service team.
We collaborated with the AccessTufts team in Tufts Technology Services to streamline contact details and remove duplicate information.
