TSSA MEMBERS RAISED & DONATED $203,000 TO SHRINERS HOSPITALS FOR CHILDREN, GALVESTON
Each year, TSSA members and staff tour the Shriners Hospitals for Children--Galveston. In addition to seeing firsthand all the amazing work this organization does, this year, TSSA visitors learned about how 3-D technology is helping in the rehabilitation of juvenile burn victims. Executive Director Ginny Sutton, along with fundraising chairs Doug and David Hunt, donors and board members toured the hospital and presented the board with a $203,000 donation check, representing the proceeds from 2018's fundraising campaign. That brings the lifetime amount raised by TSSA members to $1.4 million.

STR LEAVES SELF-STORAGE INDUSTRY

STR announced on February 7 that the company is exiting the self-storage sector. TSSA appreciates their partnership and thoughtful delivery of operating and development data for the past two years.

ELECTRONIC VERSION OF TSSA LEASE
TSSA continues to work tirelessly towards a new electronic lease option. We are currently working with industry management software providers to create a workable solution for members.
In the meantime, Blue Moon Software has agreed to continuing supporting existing users as well as any new users until at least February 2020.
As soon as the new solution is finalized, current TSSA Forms Software users will be notified, as will the membership at large. At that time, members may opt into the new alternative (or continue with the current solution until February 2020), and/or continue using printed TSSA forms.
