The TTC's 5 Year Plan Survey | |
Help us plan the next 5 years of service and improve the customer experience. The survey is part of a four-round public engagement process that will inform three TTC plans – the 2024 Annual Service Plan, the 5-Year Service Plan, and the Customer Experience Action Plan.
As the TTC responds to evolving ridership demand, the Comission is focused on getting your perspectives on:
- how to adjust service in the short-term to accommodate many major new construction projects starting in 2024,
- how to adjust service in the longer term to best meet customer needs, and
- where to focus efforts to improve customer experience on the TTC by addressing existing customer experience issues and challenges.
Take the survey by going to ttc5yearplans.ca. The survey closes on
May 17.
If you would like to learn what this feedback is used for, you can learn more about the engagement process.
