CrossFit Oak Ridge offers small group, trainer led classes that can be adapted for both basic and advanced fitness levels. We utilize constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts consist of functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and more. Our members come from all walks of life - they are students, athletes, small business owners, stay-at-home moms and dads, schoolteachers, nurses, policemen, military, and others.
We also focus on helping our members understand proper and effective nutrition strategies designed to lower body fat and increase lean muscle mass which will sustain and protect the athlete.
