If you have never been to Tuscany, you are missing a visit to the place where the Italian Renaissance began. At one time,

Florence, Italy was the financial capital of the world.

Explore the same streets of Florence that great men like Michelangelo and Leonardo walked.

Today Tuscany it is most known for its contribution to the Visual Arts, The Italian Table and Italy's contribution to the world of Wine.

Travel to the Italian West Coast, Bolgheri

The place where Super Tuscan Wines began. There we will taste legendary wines such as Ornellaia and Guado al Tasso.

Tour, Taste and Dine at an Italian Farm Winery

Experience a renovated fabled Villa, Farm and Winery. Taste opulent olive oils that will tantalize your tongue, and fine wines that will entice the palate. Experience fine dining of locally produced delicacies raised and produced on this fatoria (farm) and winery.

Visit and dine with Dario Cecchini (The Butcher of Panzano)

We will meet Dario and dine at his eponymous Butcher Shop and Restaurant in Panzano. "Carne Diem".

Relax in our own Private Luxury Villa in Chianti, while Chef Jerry Edwards CPCE prepares authentic Italian Cuisine.

Participate in a Cooking Class

A Local Italian Chef followed by an incredible dinner in a private Montepulciano Villa.

Take a day trip to San Gimignano,

a Medieval fortress town and enjoy wine tastings and tours. Finish the experience at a Michelin Star Restaurant.

Dining Experiences

Breakfast - Daily breakfast prepared in the Villa

Lunches- Will be procured every day at multiple locations in the rolling Hills of Tuscany.

Exquisite Dinners-

Dining Out- Personally selected by Chef Jerry himself, you will experience his favorite restaurants in Tuscany. Featuring an Iconic Michelin Starred Temple of Cuisine to out of the way "Wine Soaked" Trattorias.

Dining In- Villa Dinners will be curated by Chef Jerry allowing you to select items from local markets as he transforms those ingredients into a Tuscan feast. There will even be a poolside BBQ Party featuring Seafood from The Mediterranean as well as Local Farms.

ACCOMMODATIONS

We will be staying in our own Luxury Villa in the Heart of Chianti. No packing or unpacking every other day!

VILLA NOZZOLE- Our home away from home

Villa Nozzole is perched high in the Tuscan Hills

The Villa was built in the 17^th century and as part of The Tenute Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari.

 There is a winery producing the best of Chianti on the property.

An elegant 9 Bedroom Estate with it’s own Winery. 

We will have time in the Villa to enjoy the surroundings and to dine with Chef Jerry Edwards CPCE

TRANSPORTATION

Air travel is the responsibility of each Guest.

Pick up at Florence Airport on September 11^th between 10:30-2:30

(Villa is about approximately 30 minutes from the airport)

Airfare not included

Depending on the week you choose, travelers are to meet in Florence on September 11^th or September 18th between 10:30

and 2:30 for transportation tom the Villa.

Guests are encouraged to arrive a day or two early to get acclimated to the time difference and be in Florence between 10:30 am and 2:30 pm

Guests not arriving in that time frame will need to find transportation to Villa Nozzole.
