We are just about ready to go live with SmartHub. A year's worth of preparation and we think it will be worth it for a new set of tools to better serve you!
TVEC.NET Update Friday: The TVEC.NET website will be inaccessible for part of the day on Oct. 27 as we migrate to a new site that includes the SmartHub account management tools.
Outage Texting Update: On Monday, TVEC Outage Texting will be changing to a new number. We are working on getting all current Outage Texting users registered so that it will be a seamless transition. Starting next week, registered users will text 972-932-2214, the co-op's local phone number, to report outages.
