But don't let those balloons go! Balloons caught in power lines can cause power outages and dangerous conditions for our line crews so keep those close to the ground.
TVEC Offices Will Be Closed February 19

TVEC employees will be taking care of required training and development on Presidents Day, February 19. All offices will be closed, including our call center employees. Normal hours will resume on Tuesday, Feb. 20.

Of course crews and system operators will be working to take care of any outages or emergencies.
Check your energy usage with SmartHub
The cold nights, chilly days and occasional freezes have raised energy consumption for TVEC members. Unfortunately keeping warm uses a lot of power as your heater works hard to keep you comfortable.

Check just how much your bill will be affected by checking your usage graphs in SmartHub, and there will be no surprises once the bill comes.

Speaking of bills, SmartHub is also the easiest way to pay your bill, right from your phone or computer.
