| | Welcome 2025 and Happy New Year! 2024 was a year of transformation for the TWU Merrilee Alexander Kick College of Business & Entrepreneurship thanks to the invaluable contributions of our students, alumni, community, faculty, and staff. We focused on supporting our students through professional development programs, emphasizing the importance of career readiness and success. Our staff advisors hit it out of the park with our retention effort and the Owl's Nest Peer Mentoring Program. We pioneered recruitment and retention models for the University. We launched certificates and credentials for undergraduate and graduate students. We also prioritized community engagement, embodying our mission of empowering women and recognizing the impact of our communities. Together, we cultivated a culture of engagement at the MAK, fostering teamwork, spirit, and growth mindset. Our commitment to excellence was evident as our faculty member was recognized among the Top 75 AI Innovators in the region, highlighting our dedication to innovation and cutting-edge research. Our consistent rankings in various programs fill us with pride and motivate us to continue striving for excellence.
