Houston Dairymaids is a venture by a team of cheese professionals led by Lindsey Schechter.  Part business and part exploration, our goal is to meet artisan cheesemakers, learn about their craft, and bring the best of their products to Houston.  Through the farmer's market, cheese tastings, and other cheese-focused events, we hope to share our experiences while expanding the offerings of specialty foods to our community
