Kaliji made her annual trip to the TYC Central PA! As always,
flow-ers from all over the East Coast (and even Nandi
from
Santa Cruz!)
came together to enjoy Kaliji's flow.
After the visit, Theresa and the TY Community shared:
Thank you, Kaliji!
For four amazing days in Central Pennsylvania.
You brought us so much ~
- Wisdom to inspire us
- Truth to remind us
- Yoga Sutras to awaken us
- Nandi and Ganga to align us
- Prana Vidya to focus us
- Salutations to energize us
- Tabla to amaze us
- Humor to humble us
- Your smile to soften us
- And your eyes to transform us into all that we truly are.
For the gift of your presence in the depth of winter, we are so grateful. Thank you for bringing us together and thank you for expanding us all. As one person said as she departed with eyes overflowing, "There really is something to this!"
With love and deep gratitude, Theresa and all
the
TriYoga Flow-ers in Central Pennsylvania and beyond.

~Message from Yogini Kaliji~
As we announced last month, Sri Swamiji entered the Guinness Book of World Records as having the largest gathering of chanters assembled together at one time. On
January 31, over 128,000 chanters repeated the popular Hanuman Chalisa. Since then Sri Swamiji has created another goal ~ to have 1.3 billion repetitions of Hanuman Chalisa. The count has begun!
I hope you all can join the TriYoga Mantra Team! We will post weekly our combined count to the Hanuman Chalisa website. Hanuman Chalisa is authored by Tulsidas, one of the greatest saint-singer-poets. He lived in the 16th century and was both a philosopher and reformer. His influence lives on as his compositions are chanted throughout ashrams today.
Tulsidas' great devotion to Rama inspired him to rewrite the Ramayana into a native dialect making it accessible to all. In his childhood, his guru in Ayodhya would narrate the Sanskrit Ramayana to him. Later he moved to Varanasi where he lived out his life. He was a well-versed Sanskrit and Vedic scholar. His blazing intellect was softened with bhakti as he told the story of Hanuman and his devotion to Rama. He extols the virtues of discipline, faith, duty, energy, love. Through chanting the Hanuman Chalisa, these qualities fill the mind.
To participate in this
a) One can either chant Hanuman Chalisa or
b) Listen to Sri Swamiji reciting the lyrics. There are several audio and video links available (see below).
Send your count to Hari at
[email protected] once a
day/once a week depending on your convenience.
