Our Vision is to be Transformed by Christ and to see Transformation for Christ.
UPCOMING DATES
Breathe Mid-Week Worship Service
We all need a space to pause our busy lives, take a deep breath, and reflect on God’s calling for each of us. Starting this Wednesday, March 3, we’ll be offering a weekly opportunity for you to do that through Breathe, a Mid-Week Worship Service. Occurring simultaneously with Children’s WAM! and Student Connect programs on Wednesday Nights, we will meet in the Tabernacle Chapel at 6 PM for a time of worship led by Pastor James and biblical reflection with Pastor Stephen.
Parent's Night Out
The children's ministry is hosting a parent's night out on Friday, March 5 from 6-9 PM. The cost is $10 per child, and age range is toddlers through 5th grade. Parents should provide supper for their children. Reservations are required and the deadline is Wednesday, March 3. Please make reservations with Crystal Gilley at crystal.gilley@tabernacle.org.
How's Your One
The "How's Your One?" initiative is a follow-up to the "Who's Your One?" initiative from February 2020. This year, we will focus on intentionally sharing the Gospel with friends and neighbors who need to know the love of Christ. The prayer wall is back up in the Welcome Center and is available for you to add a name or pray for someone else's "one."
Easter Lilies
Help decorate our church on Easter Sunday by purchasing an Easter Lily in honor or memory of a loved one. Each plant is $15, and order forms may be found at the Help Desk in the Welcome Center. The deadline is Sunday, March 28. Plants can be taken home after the worship service on Easter Sunday, April 4. Lilies can be paid for with cash, check, or online giving.
Organizational Meeting for Praying Painters
There will be an organizational meeting for those who love to paint or want to learn painting techniques. Please join us on Thursday, March 4 at 1 PM in Fellowship Hall to discuss the formation of a bi-weekly painting group.  Kandy Baker will facilitate this group. Masks are required.
