If you are coming with children, please check-in at the desk on the 1st floor. Adults - Life Center Gym
College - Chapel
Youth (6th-12th grade)- Fellowship Hall
Older Children (age 4-5th grade)- Life Center classrooms
Younger Children (birth-3)- 1st floor preschool rooms

The same children's procedures from previous weeks apply this Sunday. Please check in at the 1st floor desk before Bible study. For more information, contact dana.harman@tabernacle.org.
Sunday School Resumes (Oct 18)

We are excited to offer some of our regular Sunday School classes back on October 18. Details are being finalized and a comprehensive list of classes and new locations will be coming soon. Physical distancing protocols will apply so most classes will not meet in their previous classroom for the time being.
Minister to Students Search
Our Minister to Students search committee has been meeting, developing a candidate profile, and is now ready to receive resumes. If you know of someone who may be interested in the position, please submit a recommendation or resume to employment@tabernacle.org. More details can be found at tabernacle.org/employment.
Media Volunteers Needed
We are in great need for 10 volunteers to help run our Sunday morning worship service and live-stream. Contact aaron.story@tabernacle.org if you would like to be a part of this ministry so that we are effectively sharing the Gospel both in person and online. Prior experience is a benefit, but is not necessary. We will train anyone to successfully use our updated equipment.
Men's Work Day
We will be having a work day to help with various indoor and outdoor projects around the church. Anyone of any age is welcome to come help, and no experience is needed in order to help. We will meet at 9 AM on Saturday, October 24 at the church.
Carrollton Baptist Association Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the Carrollton Baptist Association will be held at Tabernacle on Sunday evening, October 18 at 6 PM. Backpacks will be collected in a truck located in parking lot A beginning at 5 PM.
ETC Volunteers Needed
Our children need volunteers for Extended Teaching Care (ETC) on Sunday mornings during the worship service. We need help with children birth to 3 years and are looking for people to rock them to sleep, play with them, and take them to the indoor playground. If you would like to serve our children and families in this way, please contact Dana Harman to volunteer.
Ongoing Donation Needs for October
Donations can be dropped off in the missions hallway bins.

Open Hands (our community food and assistance center):
Hearty soups, Spaghetti-O type canned foods.
Giving During COVID-19
The ministry of Tabernacle Baptist Church continues during this difficult season for our world. Even with an altered meeting schedule, we would like to encourage you to give normal tithes and offerings as God leads. Our office is now open to the public. You may drop off gifts at the church office during regular office hours, Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (please note that we have discontinued using the locked drop box now that the offices have reopened). You may also give in person during the Family Worship Services, mail in your gift, give online by clicking the button below, or text "tabernacle150" to 73256.
