Be Transformed by Christ. See Transformation for Christ.
Our mission is to know, show, and share the love of Jesus Christ with our community and world.
COVID-19 Scheduling Update
We are continuing to take direction from local leaders and are constantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation.  All activities and events in our church building have been cancelled or postponed through May 30, but we will continue to offer online worship services each Sunday. Given new guidance from our government officials, we will release details this week about our phased re-opening plan.

Additionally, the church office is closed to the general public, but our staff is working on-site and remotely depending upon the situation. However, someone is on call to answer the church phone in order to respond to any church or community needs. This may change further, and we will communicate with you as more information is available. We invite you to pray with us during this time as we look forward to the day when all normal activities can resume.

Giving During COVID-19
The ministry of Tabernacle Baptist Church continues during this difficult season for our world. Even with an altered meeting schedule, we would like to encourage you to give normal tithes and offerings as God leads. Our office is currently closed to the public. However, a locked safety deposit box has been installed outside the office door and you may drop your gift in the box. You may also mail in your gift, give online by clicking the button below, or text "tabernacle150" to 73256.

Our online worship service had over 400 unique device views as of Monday, April 27. We are excited to be able to reach people for Christ even though we are physically separated! We are also excited that families have the opportunity to worship together during these days.

Tabernacle PPP Loan
You'll notice that we went from a large deficit last week to a large surplus this week. Tabernacle Baptist Church applied for and received a PPP loan from the federal government as part of the COVID-19 paycheck protection program. These funds will help our church cover payroll expenses through this uncertain time, but we are praying that you continue to give so that we remain financially healthy. The entire balance of the loan is reflected in our financial plan now, but those funds are earmarked exclusively for church payroll expenses.
