Our Vision is to be Transformed by Christ and to see Transformation for Christ.
Trunk or Treat
Join us on campus for an afternoon of fun on Sunday, October 24 from 3-5 PM. This event is for Tabernacle Preschool families as well as Tabernacle families and friends. Additionally, we need vehicles for the trunk-or-treat and people to help with s'mores and other activities. Drop off bags of "fun size" candy at the Life Center desk, Preschool/Children desk, the Help Desk, or leave it in your Sunday School class to be picked up. To volunteer to help, sign up in your Sunday School class or at the Help Desk. Contact Rob Sauls for more information about getting involved.
No Wednesday Night Activities October 13
There will be no dinner or Wednesday night activities this week due to Fall Break. Regular Wednesday night activities will resume next week on October 20.
Generations Sunday
All ages will fill the Worship Center platform to lead together on October 24 for Generations Sunday. These services are always encouraging as we see a picture of the larger body of Christ serving together. We look forward to an encouraging day of worship and hope you will join us in person or online.
Student Corn Maze
We are inviting all students for a night at the Carlton Farms corn maze on October 23. We will meet at the Life Center at 4:30 PM and will get dinner on the way. Cost is $15 per student as well as money for dinner.
Carrollton Baptist Association Meeting
The 148th Annual Meeting of the Carrollton Baptist Association will be held at Roopville Road Baptist Church on Sunday, October 17 at 6 PM. Backpacks for Appalachia will be collected beginning at 5 PM. If you would like to serve as a messenger, please contact Lynn Weathington in the church office.
Baptist Women's World Day of Prayer
The Carrollton Baptist Association and WMU is sponsoring the Baptist Women's World Day of Prayer on Monday, November 1 from 11:00 am to 6:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall. Women are invited to participate in an indoor prayer walk to pray for requests provided from the Baptist World Alliance. For more information concerning this event, please contact Keri Perkins, Associational WMU Director, at keri.perkins@bremencs.com.
Be in prayer for...
  • Pray for the unity of Tabernacle so that we may clearly communicate the gospel to our hurting world.
  • Pray for intentionality between every person at Tabernacle Baptist Church and the divine appointments they encounter so that people may come to know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior.
  • Pray for grace to abound at Tabernacle so that our perspective of those around us may be enlightened by the redeeming possibilities of God’s love.
