Please note that Tableau - our relief fund diagnostic reporting tool - has implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to maintain the highest level of cybersecurity. When you next log in to Tableau, you will see the below screen, which will ask you to select the verification method of your choice. The recommended verification method, when available (Windows users), is the Built-In Authenticator.

IMPORTANT: If you select a verification method and then need to go back to choose an alternative, you may get locked out of your account. If this happens, please contact your Relief Fund Senior Advisor for assistance.

In addition, due to this update, you may have received the below trigger email from Tableau Cloud. If you'd like, you can click the "Sign In" button in this email to be redirected to Tableau. Or, simply disregard the email and access the Tableau login page as you normally would.
