The DairyTrace Portal

First, select Set defaults for batch fields. This will allow you to enter the event date, sex, and breed for all animals.

Then, on the Tag Activation/Birth screen, select

My available tags. A list of the unused tags in your account will appear. Choose the tags required for that reporting, enter in the details, and activate them all at once.

When reporting multiple animals for move-out, on-farm disposal or export events, select Animals on-farm instead. Select your animals and create the event all in one go.

When creating an event report, at the “Add an animal” stage, click the three vertical dots at the top right, then for Tag Activation events select the tag numbers from your list of unused tags. 

When reporting move-out, on-farm disposal or export events, select Animals on-farm and select your animals. Once you have selected the correct animals, proceed to input the information specific for each animal.
