How to view and edit your reported events on the DairyTrace Portal.


You can view and edit your events in the DairyTrace Portal in 4 simple steps: 

  1. From the Welcome page, click the Event Reporting tab along the top.
  2. Select View Events Submitted.
  3. Click Show all results in the orange text box that appears at the top. Your list of reported events will show by date submitted, with the most recent at the top.
  4. Under the Actions column, click the pencil icon to edit, then save!

Helpful Hint!

View your list of reported events from the DairyTrace Mobile App


You can easily view your list of reported events from the DairyTrace Mobile App. From the home screen, tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner.


Select View sent events from the menu. Your list of reported events will show by date submitted, with the most recent at the top.


If you need to make a correction on a sent event, you will need to edit in the DairyTrace portal on your computer, as the App currently does not have this function.
