Winter is On the Way - Protect Your Pipes!

Cold nights are here, and frozen pipes can lead to costly damage.

Take a few simple steps now to keep your home safe:

✅ Shut off and drain water lines if you’ll be away for extended periods.

✅ Insulate exposed pipes under sinks, in attics, crawl spaces, or outside.

✅ Keep heat circulating to plumbing areas.

✅ Mark your water shut-off box so it’s easy to find in the snow.

✅ Install a temperature monitor to catch drops before they freeze pipes

A few minutes of preparation today can save you a major headache later.

Stay warm, stay safe, and keep your Tahoe home winter-ready! 💧❄️
