"JOURNEY MAPPING, SEE AN EXPERIENCE"

The aggregation of the experiences we have with a brand helps determine its value. Experiences

are easy to discuss, but hard to see without a map. Participants will get a starter kit on how to map

an experience, how to better understand the signals and how to add layers of valuable meaning to

their customer experience. 1 CAS continuing education unit provided to each UMAPP member who attends.

Held in conjunction with the Tailgate Party, be sure and plan to attend the seminar at the Brew Hall, get your free pint glass (donated by Evans Mfg.), and then join fellow UMAPP'ers for a beer.

5 PM - 8 PM

Join fellow industry professionals for a free, casual networking event at the Shakopee Brew Hall - designed to bring exhibitors and UMAPP member distributors together for a chance to connect before the next day's show.

Come and go as you like, this event begins at 5 pm and officially ends at 8 pm (continue on if you like!). Two free drink tickets provided to each UMAPP member exhibitor or distributor.

There will be a shuttle bus to and from the hotel to the Shakopee Brew Hall for the Tailgate Party. Sign up for the tailgate party during show registration.
