Thanks to you our 15th Annual Chip-In-For-Kids Charity Golf Tournament sponsored by HP & Callaway on Sunday, Jan. 26th at the Farmer’s Insurance Open was a huge success!
31 foursomes made a remarkable showing by helping us raise $100,000 to further our mission. With amazing ocean views, a pristine course, gourmet tacos, & a great PGA tournament, this day of golf turned into an experience that will be remembered for years to come.
A big thank you to additional sponsors, LBA Realty, Tina and Davis Thomas and Callaway Apparel. Your support allows us to meet the rising the cost of the tournament itself while ensuring our fundraising goals are met.

RSD Swim Coach, Peter Brown
As a retired head swim coach for Penn State for 17 years and Brown University for 13 years, Peter’s passion for swimming and coaching led him to our Pardee Aquatics Center where he walked through our doors one day and asked one of our staff members: ”How can I help?”
Peter will be assisting our staff and RSD youth on stroke technique and racing strategies, as well as the day to day tasks that are crucial to our young swimmers.
Peter’s immense experience and desire to influence our next generation is a gift to our staff, our RSD program and the youth we serve. Thank you Peter, and welcome to the RSD family!

Empowering Girls in Sports at Bulldogs' HER TIME Event

Still spots open! Come hear our all-star lineup of trailblazing women give an account of what life was and is like for women in competitive sports; the challenges, the rewards and what the future holds. Lineup includes: Judy Sweet, collegiate trailblazer and the first female president of the NCAA; Lacey Henderson, six-time USA Paralympic National Champion, the world record holder in the pole vault and the American record holder in the long jump; and several more inspiring women in sports!
This event is for all girls in grades 6-8 with an accompanying adult.
