It's Membership Renewal time at the New York Wine & Grape Foundation!

We hope this note finds you well, and that Harvest was a success! We're reaching out to you today to ask you take another look at membership in the New York Wine & Grape Foundation. Thanks to the over 200 of you who joined us for eleven focus groups held around the state last winter, we are laser focused on our members and ready to reach for new heights in 2019.

We encourage you to check out our new and improved benefits , join our community, take advantage of each program we offer, and save the most money by becoming a member of the New York Wine & Grape Foundation today.

Membership is on a rolling 12-month basis from the date of your payment. Our winery membership dues start at only $300 for those that produce under 5,000 gallons annually. Dues for larger wineries are on a sliding scale, based on production (See application for details.)

We’re moving quickly to introduce new events, programs and benefits that will make membership in the New York Wine & Grape Foundation an absolute “must do” for New York State wineries ( flyer .) As we explore “products and services” benefits like dental or other insurance products, we would love to get your feedback. We ask that you please take about five minutes and fill out a survey online here   to share your thoughts.

The New York Wine & Grape Foundation will constantly be working for you on important topics as they arise, like the ADA Website Compliance lawsuits that have come to our attention recently. Many wineries joined us for a valuable webinar in early November on this very topic. (When you joing the Foundation, we will happily provide you with a link to view the recording via email.) We will also continue to provide resources on this topic to our members throughout the year.

If you have any questions or would like to talk about your membership benefits we would love to hear from you! Please contact Valerie Venezia-Ross by phone at 1(518) 229-3765 or email .

We look forward to working with you next year!

“While there are a range of things which recommend membership to the New York Wine & Grape Foundation, the Foundation's sustained and oft-times critical support of New York's wine trails, their member wineries, and the wine tourism industry, make the decision to join the
New York Wine & Grape Foundation a simple one.”
Jennifer Johnson, Owner
Johnson Estate Winery

“As new members of the New York Wine & Grape Foundation, we were very excited to get more involved in the local wine industry. I enjoy reading the weekly email update on what’s happening around the state, and I’ve recently participated in valuable webinars thanks to the weekly emails. I’m also excited about the opportunity to participate in the Export Program and represent the New York wine industry at trade shows around the world.”
Colleen Hardy, Owner
Living Roots Wine & Co .

"Being a member of the NYWGF has been a very enriching professional experience, as it has allowed me to interact and work closer with other NY wine industry members to discuss the day by day and reality of our business; as well as participating actively of the Export program has given Brotherhood Winery the possibility to open new markets for our wines around the world and diversify our portfolio. "

“We support the New York Wine & Grape Foundation because of their tireless efforts to streamline the complicated processes of exporting wines and exhibiting at trade shows worldwide. New York wines deserve to be regarded as part of the world stage and the Foundation helps us all achieve this.”

“With the New York Wine & Grape Foundation I see an ally that reflects our industry in all the best ways. And by that I don't only mean representing us locally. Rather, I mean that the Foundation shares the same passion, hard work, and energy in their work that all of us
put into pushing our own wines forward."
