June is the Month of Creative Action!

This month, make a difference and support the creative sector with local actions that have a big impact. 

As federal funding changes and disruptions impact so many aspects of our lives and communities in Vermont, now is the time to take action to support the creative sector. 

Each week in June we're sending our subscribers a checklist of meaningful actions you can take to support Vermont's creative sector. This actionable guide will help you know what you can do and how you can make a difference.

We’ll use the power of the arts to do what we do best: bring people together and build a better future for everyone. Let’s take creative action! 

It's the last week of June! Here is a final checklist of actions you can take in your community this week to make a difference: 

• Make a donation to a local cultural organization.

• Attend a free local concert and introduce yourself to someone you’ve never met. 

• Introduce yourself to your state representatives and senators and invite them to your arts and humanities programming.

• Check in with a neighbor to see if they have a library card.

• Run for local office!
