PSR PA Letter to the EPA in Support of the Clean Air Act Rule

PSR PA requests your or your organization’s support for the finalization of the Clean Air Act Rule by the EPA to reduce climate-warming methane emissions and health harming pollutants from oil and gas operations across the United States. EPA's current proposal would allow smaller wells with leak-prone equipment to forgo regular monitoring, despite the fact that the science is clear about the increased levels of pollution from these wells.

Delaware River Basin Commission Petition

The Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) has created this petition to completely ban imports of fracking wastewater and exports of water for fracking, to protect the public, water supplies, the watershed’s ecosystems, and to help alleviate the climate crisis.

A full ban will also ensure that the DRBC’s regulations do not enable the industry to emit considerable greenhouse gasses by continuing to frack without restraint, and protect our natural resources for future generations.
