Good Self-Care Vital During Remote Work Period

Our Wellness programs and services continue this month with an eye toward in-person meetings this summer. We remain flexible with our programs, hoping to eventually move some back to campus,with others staying on-line.

To help build community and connection, the Wellness Program is offering a Self-Care Support discussion for faculty and staff on Thursday, May 7 at 3 PM.

Breathe Move and Be Well Yoga, Level 1

Those new to yoga or with physical limitations are welcome to join this 6-week series. Focusing on the breath and offering modifications for all, this popular class is a great introduction to yoga.

Check out the WW Offerings this Month
Working from home can be a challenge to your diet. WW continues to offer meetings via Zoom during the period of remote work. In fact, they are offering a new member Starter Kit promotion from now through June 27th. The kit is filled with kitchen tools, a mini container set, cookbook and more.

The WW app has features beyond food tracking. This month's addition is sleep tracking. All participants, those who go to meetings, or those who do OnlinePlus have access to the WW tools on the app. WW offers this great handout with FIVE tips for Putting Your Health First.
