ACE Tutoring for Fall Term
Need help prepping for your first math or chemistry exam? The Academic Center for Engineers (ACE) is open for in-person, appointment-based tutoring services on Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m in Korman 105D. Virtual tutoring appointments are also available on nights and weekends. Please visit EngineerHub for a list of courses, information on how to make an appointment, and instructions on requesting use of the space for a student organization.
SWE Seeking Undergraduate Mentors
Drexel's Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is seeking mentors for its Undergraduate Mentorship Program. Since 2013, this initiative has successfully paired over 80 undergraduates with mentors, facilitating a smooth transition for new engineering students. Current Drexel students interested in mentoring new freshmen or transfer students are invited to apply. The program matches mentors and mentees based on interests, majors, and engineering aspirations. Fill out the online application today.
Graduate Peer Support Program
Drexel's College of Engineering invites graduate students to join the Graduate Peer Support Program for 2024-2025. This 9-month initiative pairs first and second-year students with experienced peers, fostering community and belonging. Participants commit to monthly workshops and regular meetings from October 2024 to June 2025. Applications open August 19 to October 18, 2024. Mentees can favorite potential mentors until October 27.
