Last week, New Martinsville Dental asked about the former home of the caboose that is now located beside the Wetzel County Museum on Main Street. We had a lot of responses to this question and there were two answers we would accept. The one most people got was - the caboose was the former birthday party house behind McDonald's in New Martinsville. Also acceptable would have been, across the highway from Riggenbach Tile & Carpet. That is where I lived as a kid and the caboose was once home to the "Little Red Caboose Craft Store" and sat in my back yard as a kid while my grandmother ran a craft store inside.
