The HubCap Community Kick-off was a HUGH success on April 4 th at Barista’s! The community really came together for a “Community Chat” and to hear all that the HubCap program does and how we can grow/support where we live. Many thanks to all those who showed up and contributed their ideas and suggestions. Special thanks to Valerie Piko and the Regional Economic Development Partnership (R.E.D.p) for the free drink tickets for everyone, and to Brian Feldmeier for arranging the food and event space at Barista’s. It couldn’t have been a better evening!

As a community there is so much that we can do to go grow and to strengthen our economic base. The goal is not only to bring visitors here, but also to share with everyone who visits what a great place to settle and raise a family. We all know this to be true, let’s spread the word far and wide!
