Community UPLIFT is an information and referral exchange program connecting families to resources and supports that best meet the family’s needs. We help you find the services you need. Our referral system is available in Douglas, Klamath and Lake counties.

Raising a family can be tough. Asking for help shouldn’t be.

If you are pregnant, have children age 5 and under, or have children up to age 21 with special needs, reach out. We're here to help!
