At least half the country faced the rampage from one of the worst storms in years. I hope everyone is tucked in at home with their favorite "rescue" dogs. Our furry friends are the perfect Rx for a storm.

Our community lost two wonderful friends this month.

Heidi Martin passed away. A remarkably gifted artist, Heidi created the design for our membership pins, seen aboe. Our condolences to the entire Martin family.

And Marcelo Travis-Chagas passed away. Always the gentleman, Marcelo was a gifted breeder and handler. Our condolences to his husband Roger and his wide circle of friends.
