We are still looking for High Power Soccer VBS team members. If you are interested in helping us out, sign up on your Connection Card!

You can register your kids for High Power Soccer Camp below.

We need your help with High Power Soccer VBS and this is how:
1. Volunteers: to help with snacks, registration, and walking with campers to their stations. Email Fr. Stephen at [email protected]
2. Water Bottle Donations: We need cases of bottled water. It's gonna be hot 😎
3. Snack Donations: We need multi-packs of individual snacks. Like the ones, a child would use for school. The campers will use a lot of energy playing soccer.

Please place the donation behind the Connection Point Welcome Desk under the sign that says VBS Donations.

Parent & Kids Corner
Parents,

In this week's lesson we started out by asking and answering some hard questions, everyone had good guesses when it came to what made the ocean salty or how glasses work.

Life is full of hard questions, just like Jesus being asked “how can anyone be born when he is old”.

Here are some questions to ask your child this week
  1. Can a person get into Heaven by doing enough good things?
  2. How is being apart from God, like being in the dark?
  3. How can we bring friends and family members into the light of the Gospel?

Sunday we will be making a special craft! Have a great week!

~Ms. Heidi

About the Church of the Resurrection

The Church of the Resurrection (COR) is a church community whose life is centered in Jesus Christ and whose identity is shaped by the Word of God. We trace our history to the New Testament church, but our local life began, when our church was founded. By tradition a part of the worldwide Anglican Communion, The Church of the Resurrection (COR) belongs to the Anglican Diocese of South Carolina. We worship God together as a church family using forms of worship that are both traditional and contemporary, always in conformity to Anglican standards in the historic Book of Common Prayer. We are, first and foremost, followers of Jesus Christ.
