And a Peek at The Lodge....
On February 8th, The HOA Management and Pulte Sales team members had the opportunity to tour what will be your Lodge. From the moment we stepped into the open and airy entryway, we felt a surge of excitement at the many things to come!
The parties present on the tour could imagine all the activities that would occur within this massive structure and practically hear the laughter that will fill these walls in the years ahead. From indoor lap swimming to sipping coffee at the Coffee Bar, to learning a virtual sport in the Golf/Multi-sport Simulator, to playing board games with friends in the multi-purpose room, we could foresee a very bright and active future for Del Webb by Finch Creek members.

Finch Creek Birding Launch Meeting

If you enjoy bird watching, this meeting is for you. If you want to learn more about birding, bird identification, and keeping lists of birds you’ve seen in your yard or on leisurely walks around Finch Creek by Del Webb, join us!
Spring is arriving, and the birds will be too. Spring Migration will be peaking in April and May, therefore the best time of the year for birding is almost here, and we want to be ready!
At this meeting, Finch Creek homeowner, Dave Kutilek, will discuss birding locations, binoculars that enhance your viewing, and introduce several important iPhone/Android apps that can enhance your birding experience. We will discuss future meeting dates and initial Bird Walks. Your neighbor, Dave Kutilek, will guide the discussion. Dave is an experienced birder and has observed more than 1,890 different bird species across 33 countries.

As days grow warmer Coffee Chats will continue, but the group may take their beverages outdoors to the benches by the construction office as weather permits. Come with your sneakers on and be ready to chat outdoors to breathe in the fresh air. These weekly gatherings are about far more than the coffee---they're about the being together.

HOA Orientation?
These orientations provide important information pertaining to your HOA.
Join one of the upcoming orientations:
Tuesday, April 14th
3:00pm or 4:30pm
Your HOA want to ensure you feel informed, supported, and connected from the start. To help acquaint you with Finch Creek by Del Webb HOA policies, rules, guidelines, HOA dues and payment options, we invite you to attend a New Homeowner Orientation. The orientation should last no longer than 45 minutes.
Please make certain to bring a government issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport, which we will use for completing the HOPA (age verification) form. If you are unable to attend, please look for a future invite, as we hold these orientations monthly. Please RSVP below for the time you plan to attend.

Reading Divas Spring and Summer Reads
The Reading Divas are changing their start time in April to 6:15pm. This will give the ladies a chance to chat and catch up before they dive into the book discussion at 6:30pm. The Divas meet monthly on the 2nd Tuesday in the Sales Office Conference Room. In April, they will discuss the charming and humorous mystery novel, Vera Wong's Unsolicited Advice for Murderers, by Jesse Q. Sutanto.
Want to jump start your spring reads? In May the group will be discussing Isola, by Allegra Goodman, June- The Only Woman in the Room by Marie Benedict, and in July- The Girl Who Wrote in Silk by Kelli Estes.
The Reading Divas would love it if you join them even if you haven't read the book of the month yet. Lively discussion and friendships are blossoming this spring in this Finch Creek group.

Cathy's Corner
Oh Dear March, what have you done to me? During March, I turned another year, YOUNGER, had my 39th wedding anniversary, not a feat for the faint at heart, and spent time with my very first grandson. On the flip side of those joyous events, I got my first pair of glasses, and their transition lenses, no doubt, threw my back out ever-so-slightly, and landed in bed with a doozy of a stomach bug!! Not to mention the mad chaotic weather and March Madness we ALL experienced!
All that to say- HELLO APRIL!!!
I'm thrilled to have another month of life with all of you, and super excited about the season ahead of us!
The picture below was taken on March 26th, when Pulte Sales Consultant Obie Shiferaw and I got to visit the Lodge! It's getting exciting people! And I promise you when those doors are open, you won't look back to these few months without it! Until that time, keep connecting and stay well this April!
