The Garden welcomes visitors
Several children run through the Garden.
The Garden is bustling as the weather begins to settle into the season, and after a very long year. With COVID guidelines shifting, and vaccinations rising, a lot of you have reached out to find out about field trips!

Our ICG hosted field trips are still currently on hiatus, however we welcome you to embark on a self-guided journey through the Garden. We do ask that you complete a Field Trip Registration Form so we can avoid scheduling conflicts and alert you to anything that may affect your trip, like construction projects, the status of restrooms, or special teachable moments.
What's growing at the Garden this week?
Bulb flowers blooming at the Bulb Labyrinth Memorial Garden
Our Bulb Labyrinth Memorial Garden is awash in color as flowers begin to grow taller and brighter. Other resilient bulb flowers, like the beautiful multicolored tulips below are also burgeoning all throughout the Garden.

It's beginning to look a lot like springtime, stop by and take a look!

Our Brand Partners help us grow
We are delighted to have several great brand partners who are working with us to bring nature play to all children. This year, we welcome back returning Garden Sponsors whose continued support makes a big impact.

These brand partners sponsor a unique area of the Garden to provide operating support to ICG. While you are at the Garden, see if you can spot our gratitude signs for CFCU Community Credit Union at Gaia the Turtle or The Wetlands, Iron Design at The Troll House, The Home Depot of Ithaca at The Bird Habitat Garden, BorgWarner Inc. at The Story Tree, or Purity Ice Cream Co. at The Hands-on-Nature Anarchy Zone.

If you are interested in becoming a brand partner with ICG, you can learn more about the sponsorship opportunities available here or email us at tori@ithacachildrensgarden.org.
Show us how your garden grows!
A small Black child helps to garden. Painted on the side of their garden bed are the words "Black Lives Matter".
Former ICG employee, Laticia sent us this photo of her little one helping to tend their home garden!

It's such an exciting time for home gardeners. Sweet beginnings of choosing which crops they'll grow, starting plants in containers and hoping for sprouts in the coming weeks to transfer outdoors. Communications Coordinator, Monique likes to play music for her blooming fruits and veggies, an optional activity. The hope of nourishment, explosions of vibrant flowers, is even more meaningful this year.
What's growing in your gardens this year? We'd love to see your home gardens. You can email your photos, and a quick story of how your garden came to be, to Monique - or you can tag Ithaca Children's Garden on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook.
