Join Mrs. Lopez and Mrs. Roberts for a virtual parent meeting! To answer questions about the TK and Kindergarten programs and give you a chance to meet the teachers, we will be hosting a virtual parent meeting! Kindergarten's Distance Learning Program

WVCS has been learning from home due to the COVID-19 global pandemic. Kindergarten has continued to maintain academic excellence utilizing the Seesaw app, where students are provided with daily instructional videos created by Mrs. Lopez. Students engage in activities not only limited to traditional academics, but STEM science, enrichment, and exciting exploration activities and virtual field trips as well. In Seesaw, our Kindergarten students are able to maintain interaction with their peers as well as receive immediate feedback on their assignments and stay connected with their teachers. Additionally, students participate in Zoom reading small groups for guided and leveled reading instruction as well as Fun Friday Zoom meetings for social interaction.
