Oppose HB 39

This bill would allow political parties to contribute to judicial candidates.

Oppose HB 39 - This bill would allow political parties to contribute to judicial candidates.

TALKING POINTS:

  • 1) there is already too much money in politics.
  • 2) the judiciary should be untethered from partisan bias.
  • 3) issues brought to the judiciary should be decided upon by merit, without question of whether or not a decision was "bought" by partisan control.
