Mental Health Awareness Month
So many books, so little time--take a self help happiness break this month. The Staff Picks, Library Aware list can be found HERE. Programs for Adults
Learn something new this month!
Join us in-person at the Woodbridge Main Library or virtually over Zoom.

Medical research has uncovered amazing facts about meditation and the body-mind-spirit connection. Join Arvind Naik, Long time Meditator to learn about how meditation can be used to minimize the effects of stress and speed healing. Learn the tools needed to make meditation part of daily life. The program will include a “meditation sitting” and a question-and-answer discussion period. 

This program is presented as part of a series for Older Americans Month.

Attendees will learn simple techniques of how to grow, dry, and store herbs for use all year. Attendees will also learn how to create sachets and works of art using dried flowers and other inexpensive materials. 

Participants will also get the chance to see a demo of the process as well!

You must pick up your kit at the location you choose.
