How to re-heat catering trays

Breadsticks



*(Leave bread and butter at room temp until heated)


450° - on a baking sheet, place uncut bread in one layer and bake until warmed, 5-7 min or until desired color. Remove from heat, brush with room temp garlic butter, then cut and serve.

Meatballs & Sausage




1. Remove tray from refrigerator 1 hour before heating

2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees

3. Bake fully covered (Don't remove any covers provided) 30 min or until hot all the way thru.

4. Remove from heat and let stand 5 min before serving.

Manicotti & Cannelloni 




1. Remove tray from refrigerator 1 hour before heating 2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees 3. Bake fully covered (Don't remove any covers provided)

-1/2 tray 30 min. covered

- Full tray 45 min. covered

4. Remove covers & bake 5-7 min longer or until desired crisp on top. Remove from heat and let stand 5 min before serving.

Lasagna Classico & Veggie Lasagna

1. Remove tray from refrigerator 1 hour before heating

2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees

3. Bake covered for (plastic wrap & foil)

*1/2 tray 45-60 min * Full tray 60-75 min

4. Remove cover, heat 5-7 min longer or until desired crispiness. Remove from heat and let stand 5 min before serving.

Rigatoni Al Forno

1. Remove tray from refrigerator 1 hour before heating

2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees

3. Bake covered for (plastic wrap & foil)

*1/2 tray 45-60 min * Full tray 60-75 min

4. Remove cover, heat 5-7 min longer or until desired crispiness. Remove from heat and let stand 5 min before serving.

Chicken & Eggplant Parmigiana





1. Remove tray from refrigerator 1 hour before heating

2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees 3. Bake fully covered (Don't remove any covers provided) 20-30 min.

4. Remove covers & bake 5 min longer or until desired crisp on top. Remove from heat and let stand 5 min before serving.

Pasta with Sauce 





1. Warm sauce in sauce pot on medium heat stirring often until desired temp.

2. Heat pasta by dropping pasta into boiling water for 1 minute to heat thru, then drain. Place pasta back into tray and cover with sauce. 

DO NOT – mix hot and cold. Only place hot sauce onto hot pasta. It will go bad otherwise.

Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding

1.   Do Not remove bread pudding from wrapper.

2.      Place in a small microwaveable plate or bowl. 

3.      Heat for 30-60 seconds (microwaves vary) or until warmed all the way thru.

Remove and unwrap then drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces. Serve with ice cream over the strawberry puree. Enjoy while warm!
