Dear Marine, Recruit and Poolee Family Members,

With Gold Star Family Day approaching, we should start thinking of ways we can honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice, as well as their families. COVID-19 has changed the way we would normally handle the Luminary Initiative. However, even just lighting one Luminary on your front porch, or lighting 10 of them on the steps of the State Capitol, shows Gold Star Families everywhere that we haven't forgotten the sacrifices made by their loved ones.
