today
, June 1, you can perform all your MLS tasks in the new Flexmls system. Please know you will now have two passwords. One logs you into the vbr.net website for classes and member restricted information, and the other is for your MLS account. T
o log in to Flexmls you now have a few options. The easiest way is to bookmark
vbr.flexmls.com ,or
go to the VBR home page and log in using the "MLS Login" button at the
top
. If you haven't logged in to the new system, the information is listed below. in the MLS Update section.
To protect the public and clients, the Safe Showing Pledge is in place to ensure the entire real estate community is following the same guidelines that were outlined in the state "safer at home" order. With Eagle County lifting some restrictions, it is still important that everyone follows the protocols to show property safely. Real Estate is regulated by DORA, and following the guidance from both DORA and the Safe Showing Pledge ensures safety during this time.

The Division of Real Estate issued additional guidance for the Safer At Home phase in May. It provides
additional clarity on industry and business-specific safety measures
.
Additionally, the VBR put together a “Safe Showing Pledge” campaign to share all the extra precautions taken for showing properties by following the “safer at home” guidelines. These guidelines are still applicable, and ensure the protection of the Vail Valley community and buyers and sellers.

Public Health Order
regarding COVID-19.
All community members are strongly encouraged to read the entire order.
As some restrictions are rolled back, Eagle County officials note the importance of residents and business leaders continuing to meet social distancing requirements.

, June 1, you are able to perform all your MLS tasks in the new Flexmls system. We are very excited and can't wait for all of you to experience all that Flexmls can offer.

To login, you will need to put in your new Flexmls ID, which is "vbr," a period, and then followed by your old Rapattoni MLS ID.
For example, my MLS ID was 45898, so my new username is vbr.45898.
For the first time you log in, every user will use the password "vbrnow" and will be required to create their own unique passwords immediately.
