Since the founding of the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association 25 years ago, we have been an advocate for the fair treatment, inclusion, and safety of all contractors and consultants in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction industry.

As advocates of inclusion, we are deeply disturbed about the recent incidents in Minneapolis and here in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex against our brothers and sisters in the African-American community.

The RHCA stands in solidarity with our members, colleagues, and the entire industry and calls for the end of systemic racism and discrimination. We will continue to be vigilant in our mission to demand fair treatment and inclusion for ALL in our industry.

The RHCA remains committed to the values and principles of diversity as well as change agents to support efforts to the end of racism and to promote reforms to address and eliminate discrimination in our country and especially in our community.

Take the first step!
Real change starts with our daily individual actions.
