Hello April,

Spring has been soaring by at Challenge Air! We’re thrilled to share that our recent Fly Days have been a great success—on April 26th in Chattanooga, we flew 58 amazing kids with special needs, and just a week later on May 3rd, we lifted the spirits of 40 more VIPs in Santa Rosa at the Sonoma County Airport. These life-changing experiences wouldn’t be possible without our incredible volunteers, generous sponsors, and dedicated pilots—thank you!

We’ve got one more exciting event before our summer break: on May 31st, we’re headed to Spokane, WA, with a goal of flying 100 co-pilots from the local community.

Wishing all our co-pilots and their families a joyful summer, and a special congratulations to those graduating this season—your future is bright and full of possibilities!

Fueling the Mission: Fundraising Highlights

Spokane showed up in a big way! 💙✈️

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Tuesday, April 22nd at the Runway 4 Events Center for an unforgettable evening in support of Challenge Air for Kids & Friends. With over 50 attendees and $7,000 raised, the energy was sky-high—and all for a great cause!

Guests enjoyed connecting, learning more about our mission, and entering the once-in-a-lifetime biplane ride giveaway (congrats to our lucky winner- Steve & Robin Ball! 🛩️). Every dollar raised will help children with special needs take flight over Spokane Valley, giving them a powerful message: If you can fly a plane, you can do anything.
