TAKING IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL
For the past 15 years, Pacific Landscape Management has participated in an industry Peer Group with five other companies from across the country. These companies are some of the premiere landscape organizations in the United States including this year’s host, Focal Pointe of St Louis Mo, StayGreen of Santa Clarita CA, Lawn Maintenance Company of Houston TX, and Allied, San Francisco, CA
The owners of each company meet three times annually, share our organizational and financial plans, and challenge each other to make improvements that will benefit our customers, employees and organizations. The goal of our group is to work together to support each other to continue to grow and develop to the "next level".
Every fall we also hold a conference that we call Next Level University, bringing 150 of the managers from the five companies together to share and learn on subjects involving production management, customer service, sales, performance measurements, and personal development.  
This week, 35 of our managers were in St Louis at this year’s event. Our focus of the event is developing high performance relationships within our teams and customers.
It was an incredible honor and a treat this year to have a tremendous group of speakers present to our teams. Vern Harnish, author of Scaling Up, David Horsager, author of Trusted Leader, and John Dejulius, author of Customer Service Revolution all presented to our teams to inspire us to improve our business and service to our employees and customers. Team Orange is coming home truly inspired.
