Intermediate Unit 20's Commitment
to Trauma-Informed Care
In 2019, Resilient Lehigh Valley sent staff from Intermediate Unit 20 to receive trauma-informed care training from Lakeside Global Institute. Today, we're checking in on how they've put what they've learned into practice throughout their organization.

Since their training, staff from IU 20's Resolve Behavioral Health Department have joined with Creating Presence to provide trauma-informed care training to educators and staff from a multitude of districts and schools to ensure the safety and well-being of students region-wide. Discover the full scope of their commitment to prioritizing trauma-informed care in our recent blog post!
