Your program was designed with a modern approach to career management and is intended to provide you with the "must have tools" to support the next steps in your career transition. We are excited to be working with you and know that many individuals like yourself often wonder "what should I do first?” We have put together some suggestions to help you get started as you prepare to work with your assigned career coach:

• If you haven't already done so, make sure to register and create an account on our career transition platform, Next: 
• Platform URL: next.right.com 
• If you have not created your log in use this Code: 

• Get acquainted with all your program resources by attending a Getting Started live event or listen to the Getting Started on-demand recorded event.  Both options are located in the 'Events' section on Next.  

• Schedule or Request an initial consultation with your career coach.  If you haven't yet requested your coach, please do so by selecting 'Request a Meeting' under the 'My Coach' tab. If you've already completed this step, please look for a welcome email from your coach once they've been assigned.    

• Visit the Increasing Self-Awareness Learning Collection and consider completing the Reviewing Accomplishments and the Personality Assessment options. Both will be valuable resources for you to discuss with your coach as you begin building your resume and personal brand. 

• Check out the 'Events' tab to find upcoming live events and on-demand recordings across a variety of topics. We recommend the following events to get started:
• Personal Branding (live event or on-demand) is the first step to building your personal marketing materials.  This event will help you understand what a personal brand is and how it can differentiate you in the marketplace.
• Resume Development (live event or on-demand) will introduce you to current best practices for getting your resume "market-ready".  

• Begin building or refining your resume by utilizing our Resume Builder tool.  To access this tool go to Explore --> Tools --> Resume & CV Builder. We recommend you use one of the 'Recommended examples' as a template, as they have been formatted.

• If you feel your resume is 'market ready' you can initiate the review process with our Resume Specialist Team by sending your resume to resume@rightflorida.com
